YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS (EMAIL, PHONE, CREDIT CARD INFO ETC.)
In order to provide all clients with a safe online experience, we use an electronic billing system called Quickpay, which integrates with Wellness Living (the online booking software we use). Quickpay works within the Wellness Living interface and encodes your credit card and contact details to ensure their safe transfer and storage. In fact, we cannot view your credit card details (we only get to see the last 4 digits of your credit card number). They are located in Narre Warren, Victoria, Australia.
We respect your privacy and personal information, and will never share any of your information with anyone else without your permission. We may use your email address to send out email newsletters and other announcements. Should you wish to be removed from our mailing list at any time, you can opt-out of email contact by logging in to your Wellness Living account https://www.wellnessliving.com/login/reachpilatesstudio . Enter your email and password then click through to “My Info” and edit your personal details to deselect the email option, or call Reach Pilates Studio on +61 2 6023 2620.
YOUR MEDICAL INFORMATION
Medical information you share with your instructor in the context of a Pilates session is confidential and will only be shared with other Reach instructors as relevant for your safety and wellbeing (for example we may put a pop-up note in your profile to let all the instructors working with you know that you have a lower back injury, or that you are pregnant). These notes are not visible to the general public or other clients.
If you are working with us to rehabilitate an injury or medical condition, it may be useful for your instructor to communicate with other fitness, allied health or medical professionals who are treating you, or who have worked with you in the past (for example your instructor may consider it advisable to contact your osteopath, medical doctor, massage therapist or personal trainer to discuss your situation). In this case, we will always ask your permission before contacting your doctor, therapist or other professionals.
STUDENT INSTRUCTORS OBSERVING YOUR SESSION
Occasionally there may be a student instructor observing your session as part of their training. If you prefer not to have your session observed please let reception know prior to the start of the session. Student instructors are required to adhere to Reach Pilates Studio’s privacy policy (i.e. never to discuss your information with anyone except the instructor conducting your session).
REMARKETING ADVERTISEMENTS
At times, Reach Pilates Studio may run Google Adwords and Facebook remarking campaigns. This will result in advertisements for Reach Pilates Studio appearing on the Google Display Network, Facebook and Instagram. During these periods anyone who visits our website will be added to the remarketing list and potentially see Reach Pilates Studio ads when visiting other websites on the Google Display Network or Facebook and Instagram. This is achieved by Google making the use of Cookies stored in your internet browser files and a Facebook pixel installed on our website.
