Our Reformer Classes use the Pilates Reformer machine in your class to create a balanced but challenging workout.

The reformer uses springs, pulleys and your own body weight to create a versatile workout. Exercises are done lying down, standing, sitting, pulling the straps and pushing off of the foot bar. The exercises promote length, strength, flexibility and balance.

Classes have a maximum of 6 clients and are great for the able bodied that want a good workout but also want to connect with many of the principles in the Pilates movement system.
