Our Reformers have the capacity to transform into raised mats. With the utilisation of the Tower at the end of the reformer, this brings another level of challenge for your entire body and provides a balanced, integrated workout.

The majority of Tower exercises focus on one area of the body at a time, making it easier to isolate each of the muscle groups. Each Tower is equipped with a range of weighted springs, bars and props to give you a great all over workout. The resistance and tension of the springs enhance the workload on your muscles and also offers a variety of stretching and strengthening exercises leaving you energised and focused.

Classes have a maximum of 6 clients and are great for the able bodied that want a good workout but also want to connect with many of the principles in the Pilates movement system.
